1. What is Odinma Health’s main focus in terms of care?
The focus of care is medication management and brief talk therapy utilizing a holistic care model approach. This means individuals adopting better lifestyle modifications in themselves and personal relationships for overall wellbeing besides medication alone. Medication only plays one part in getting well.
2. Does Odinma Health provide therapy alone sessions?
Odinma Health does not provides therapy alone sessions. Odinma Health focuses primarily on medication management and brief talk supportive therapy that integrates lifestyle modification. Any requests for therapy alone or specialized therapy sessions will be referred to a board certified therapist instead.
3. Do you provide in person services?
All visits are telehealth.
4. Do you provide short term, long term disability, or both?
Long term disability is not provided. Short term disability can be provided based on the provider’s clinical judgement. Any short term disability approved is subjected to a fee.
5. Do you provide controlled medications for sleep, anxiety, or attention deficit?
No. The practice does not encourage use of controlled medications, i.e., benzodiapzines, stimulants, hyponotics, for treatment via telehealth. If you need such medications, you will be referred to an in-person psychiatric clinic/provider.
6. What is the age range of clients that you see?
Ages 18-59.
