    My Approach In Getting YouWell.

Hello and welcome to Odinma Health! My name is Jennifer (Jen) Madu. I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner. I specialize in medication management, brief talk supportive therapy, and coaching-practicing a holistic care model. My focus is mood disorders, life stressors, and teaching clients proper lifestyle modifications to live happier lives. For you to live a happier life, medication is not the sole treatment to wellness. YOU play a bigger role in your wellness. I am just a tool to assist you into getting well. We work as a team to get your life back.

Interests

I enjoy the outdoors, walking daily, and going to the gym. I also enjoy traveling, drawing, and listening to podcasts.

Values

I believe in doing good to the best of my ability based on my faith. I wake up knowing my purpose is to help those suffering from mental health issues, regardless of who you are. In the end, nobody is invincible. We are all human and flawed. We all have limitations to a certain degree. However, how well we respond to our limitations is equally important. It is also very important to me, to treat my clients as if they were my own family.
